To solve this problem, we recommend doing the following:

  1. Check that the password is entered correctly, the keyboard layout is correct and that Caps Lock is not active.

  2. Check if there is an active Internet connection on the device.

  3. Check the antivirus/firewall settings to see if it is blocking the connection. Add MT4 to the exceptions list.
